This is so viral right now!! This work I am very familiar with as well as the dancer. Personally this work interests me because of the uncommon collaboration. The dancer(and of course the musician) are phenomenal and with the style the dancer is using, it is easy to get lost in impressing the audience rather than discovering something or being ‘in it’, but Lil Buck does a wonderful job dancing within the music rather than on top of it trying to steal the show. Yo-Yo Ma does a wonderful job watching and listening to the movements of the dancer and it’s because of his professionalism and skill that this piece comes together into a cohesive performance. Thanks for sharing.
this is amazing, i saw it on facebook and fell in love with the way he moved… and his ankle looks broken when he turns like that… i will learn one day how to do that… haha
